About the app and electronic tickets
- I registered using in-app payment (App Store payment/Google Play payment), but I can't view member content.

Please check if your registration is complete via in-app payment (App Store payment/Google Play payment).
Please check using the method below. If "Vaundy ART Work Studio Members Monthly Membership" is not displayed, your registration has not been completed. Please register again.
▼How to check your in-app purchase registration status
For iOS
1. Open Settings > Apps.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap "Subscriptions."
For Android
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Please check the above and if "Vaundy ART Work Studio Members Monthly Membership" is displayed, try "Restore" from the registration screen within the app.

For iOS
1. Open the app and click on member-only content (such as MOVIE)
2. Click "If you agree to the above and would like to use the app without registering, click here."
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
For Android
1. Open the app and click on member-only content (such as MOVIE)
2. Enter Plus member ID and password to log in. (If you do not have Plus member ID click "Register Plus member ID (free)" to register.)
3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
