Regarding cancellations, etc.

Refunds for cancellations or terminations after application for membership will not be accepted for any reason.

Return handling conditions/return deadline, shipping costs for returns, or cancellation and withdrawal conditions

If you use VAWS (monthly membership fee), you will be charged the information fee according to the number of months from the month in which you signed the contract for this service through your mobile device to the month in which you terminated the contract for this service.
However, if you cancel the contract during the month in which the contract for this service was concluded, you will be required to pay one month's information fee.
In addition, if you cancel your contract for this service and then sign a new contract, you will generally be required to pay an information fee based on the number of months of use, including the month in which you signed the new contract.
VAWS premium (annual membership fee) members will be renewed upon payment of the next membership fee.

To cancel automatic renewal, please complete the procedure on "My Page" by the 20th of the same month of the year following the month of joining.

[Monthly plan/Yearly plan]
To cancel automatic renewal, please go to "My Page" and complete the procedure up until the day before your membership expires.

About cancellation

After logging in, please complete the procedure by clicking the "Cancel Membership" button on the top page and My Page.
