[VAWS (monthly membership fee)] I am planning to change my mobile phone company. Will my membership be automatically canceled?

If you use "carrier billing" and change your contracted mobile phone company (carrier), your payment information will not be carried over.

Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which the contract details are changed.

If you cancel your membership yourself, the cancellation will be reflected immediately.

If you cancel your membership automatically, it will not be reflected immediately, so you will be able to log in for a while.

Please note that it may take approximately one week for your membership to be cancelled.

Once the automatic cancellation is reflected, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you will be automatically cancelled if you do not make a payment.
