After logging in to the site, please click "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the top page to complete the procedure.

*You can also cancel your membership by going to "Cancellation Procedures" on MY PAGE.

*Operation of in-app browsers (Yahoo JAPAN app and Google app) is not guaranteed.

<For those living outside of Japan>

After logging in to the site, please go to "Stop automatic renewal" on your My Page and follow the procedure.

Your membership will be cancelled upon the expiration date.

Automatic renewal can be stopped by the 20th of the expiration month.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel it by the due date.

■ If you register within the app

After canceling in-app purchases (App Store payment/Google Play payment), your membership will end at the expiration date.
