About changing your device

I changed my smartphone model. Do I need to take any steps? (I use carrier billing/I haven't changed my mobile phone company.)

Generally, your payments will be carried over, so you can use the site on your new device.


Please note that depending on the contents of your contract, payment information may not be transferred.

*If your payment is not carried over, your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which the contract details were changed. Please log in again at the beginning of the following month and complete the payment procedure.
