About changing your device

I changed my smartphone model. Do I need to do anything? (I use carrier billing/I'm changing my mobile phone provider)

Your payment information will not be carried over, and your membership will be automatically terminated at the end of the month in which the change was made.


If you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) at the beginning of the following month, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly fee. Please pay using your preferred method.


Even if you cancel your membership, if you log in with the same Plus member ID (or email address) within 30 days and re-register (i.e., go through the payment procedure), you will be able to continue using the site with your membership status as of the day you joined.


*Please note that if 30 days have passed since your subscription was cancelled or if you use a different email address to complete the process, your registration will not be carried over and you will be required to sign up as a new member.
