If you use carrier billing and change your contracted mobile phone company (carrier), your payment information will not be carried over.
Your membership will be automatically cancelled at the end of the month in which you change your model.
* When changing contracts between SoftBank ⇔ Y!mobile ⇔ LINEMO, the monthly service will not be canceled.

Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which the contract details are changed.

Example: If you register using au Easy Payment

Cancelled au and switched to docomo on March 15th
↓
Withdrawal at the end of March
↓
au Easy Payment will be billed up to March usage.

The month following your automatic cancellation, please log in with the same Plus member ID (= registered email address).
Once your automatic cancellation is reflected, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay your monthly membership fee. Please make the payment using your preferred method.
✓You will not be immediately unsubscribed, so you will be able to log in to the site for the first few days of the month.
✓Pleasenote that it may take up to a week for the automatic cancellation to take effect.
✓Ifyou re-register within 30 days of canceling your membership, you can resume using the service with your membership status (membership date) retained.
✓Ifmore than 30 days have passed since you canceled your membership, or if you use a different Plus member ID (email address) to complete the procedure, you will be required to register as a new member.
