[About VAWS Premium (annual fee) renewal]

I received an email from my credit card company one month before my membership expired informing me that my membership fee would be deducted.

If you choose to pay by credit card, a "provisional sales transaction" will be made one month before your membership expiration date.

"Temporary sales processing" simply means that the card limit has been secured.

Depending on the card company you use, this may be included in the withdrawal email or online statement, but

No payment or invoice will be made with "temporary sales processing," and no payment will be made even if you cancel your membership by the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.

*If you use a debit card or prepaid card, a withdrawal may occur when the provisional sales are processed.

If you cancel the automatic renewal after that, no payment will be made and you will be refunded after a certain period of time has passed, so please rest assured.

*As debit cards and prepaid cards are not guaranteed to work, the fan club office cannot provide refund details.
