How can I check if my subscription is automatically renewed?

① "VAWS premium (annual fee)" users

You can check this by accessing your MY page and checking the "Automatic Renewal" section.

If your membership is automatically renewed, payment will be made on the last day of the month in which your membership expires (or the day before if the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday), and your membership will be renewed automatically.

To check the status of your credit card registration, please go to "Registered Card Information" on your My Page.

*If your subscription is automatically renewed, the renewal procedure button will not be displayed outside of the renewal period.

*Convenience store payment procedures will not be automatically renewed.

② "VAWS (monthly membership fee)"

Once you register for payment via credit card, mobile carrier payment, or in-app payment, the payment will be automatically renewed, so there is no need for monthly procedures.

However, if payment is deemed impossible in the following cases, your membership will be automatically terminated.
