How do I stop automatic renewal of my credit card?

If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, you can do so by clicking "Registered Credit Card Information" on "My Page" and going to the page where you will be redirected.

*You can cancel your membership up until the 20th of the month your membership expires. Please note that if you cancel after the expiration date, your membership will be automatically renewed until the following year.

*If you have stopped automatic renewal, your "Registered Credit Card Information" will not be displayed.

If your membership is automatically terminated, you will need to complete the renewal procedure yourself.

Once the renewal period has begun, we will notify you by email, so please complete the necessary procedures.
