You can change your payment method, but due to system limitations, you will need to cancel your membership first.
*It may not work properly via the app, so please be sure to access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
1) Log in to the site
2) Go to [Cancel Membership] on your My Page or [Cancel Membership] at the bottom of the top page.
3) Log in with the same email address (Plus member ID)
4) Select your preferred payment method and make the payment
※Please note※
If you change your payment method to [Within the same month], you will be charged both before and after the change.
We recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and re-register the following month using your new payment method.
Example: If you change from [Credit card payment: 550 yen per month (tax included)] to [Carrier payment: 550 yen per month (tax included)] within the same month,
You will be billed for two payments, totaling 1,100 yen (tax included) per month.
In addition, due to the change to advance purchase,
Even if you change your credit card to another and re-subscribe, you will be charged twice (i.e., you will be charged each time).
Even if your membership is temporarily canceled due to the payment change procedure, if you log in and make a payment using the same email address (Plus member ID) within 30 days of the payment cancellation, you can resume your registration with the same membership date and points information.
If more than 30 days have passed since you canceled your membership, or if you use a different email address to complete the process, your membership information will be reset.
Please note that the membership date and points cannot be refunded.
