Regarding payment of membership fees

[VAWS (monthly membership fee)] I haven't canceled my membership, but it says "payment not completed."

This site is a monthly subscription service, so payments will be automatically made and continued every month until you cancel your membership.

Your membership may be automatically terminated in the following cases:


▼Credit card payment

If it is determined that payment cannot be made with your registered credit card, your membership will be automatically terminated at the end of the month and you will not be able to use the service from the following month.

Please inquire with your card company regarding the validity of your card, such as the credit limit and expiration date.


▼Carrier billing

If you change your phone model and your mobile phone company, or if your phone number or contract name changes, your billing may not continue and your membership may be automatically terminated.


If you log in and make a payment using the same email address (Plus member ID) within 30 days of your cancellation (payment cancellation), you will be able to resume your registration with the same membership information, including the date of joining.


If more than 30 days have passed since you canceled your membership, or if you use a different email address to complete the process, your membership information will be reset.

Please note that the date of enrollment cannot be returned.
