Regarding payment of membership fees

How can I check my current registration status?

●If your registration is valid

Charges are continuing via "credit card payment" or "mobile carrier payment."

Please check your statement to see if a deduction has occurred.


● In case of credit card payment

Your statement will show "Artist Site."


● In the case of carrier payment

Please check your mobile phone company's website.

・Log in to d Menu

・Go to My Menu

・Select "Recurring Charges List" from "Recurring Charges List/Usage History"


<For au users>

・Access the au ID member information site

- Tap the [MENU] icon in the top right corner of the screen

*If you access from a computer screen, click "au Easy Payment" on the right side of the screen.

・Tap "Registered Services" under "au Easy Payment"


<For SoftBank users>

https://www.softbank.jp/mobile/support/

・Log in to My SoftBank

・Tap "Mass Payment" at the top of the screen

*If you are operating from your contracted smartphone, you can log in automatically by turning off Wi-Fi.

・Tap "Registered services"

1. Open Settings > Apps.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap "Subscriptions."


<For Android>

1. Open the Google Play app.

3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
