[VAWS premium (annual membership fee)] By renewing your membership every year, your membership period will be extended by one year.

■How to cancel your membership
There is no need to apply for cancellation, and we do not provide a [cancellation button] or [dedicated cancellation form].
If you do not complete the renewal procedure (i.e., pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will be automatically canceled.
<Caution>
If you selected "Credit card payment" when you enrolled or during the renewal procedure for the previous year, "automatic renewal" will be applied.
Please be sure to check your current registration status (automatic renewal settings) on your My Page.

⇒Your subscription will continue with your registered credit card.
※About automatic cancellation※
On this site, you can continue your membership for one month after your membership expiration date by keeping your membership status (member number, joining date, number of renewals).
This is a relief period for members who wish to continue, and during this period several emails will be sent out with information about continuing.
Since these emails are important regarding your registration, you cannot unsubscribe from them individually, so if you wish to cancel your membership, please ignore the emails.

■Regarding your registered credit card information
You can check, change, or suspend your card on the page you are redirected to by clicking [Check, change, or suspend card information] on your My Page.
The only card information that can be confirmed is the last three digits of the card number and the card expiration date.

■How to stop automatic renewal
You can cancel your membership up until the 20th of the month in which your membership expires.
Example) If your membership expires at the end of January, you can cancel it until 23:59 on January 20th.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel it by the 20th of the month prior to the expiry date.
<Caution>
If you do not cancel by the 20th, your subscription will be automatically renewed.
After the 20th of the expiry month, you will not be able to cancel your subscription on My Page.
Once renewal is complete and the expiration date is extended, you will be able to stop automatic renewal.
Please note that cancellation of your subscription (i.e., refunds) is not possible regardless of whether you use the site or not.
