The item was shipped to the registered address as of 23:59 (Japan time) on August 26, 2026 (Wednesday).

-Items will be shipped by regular mail (Japan Post), so please check your mailbox.

・It usually takes 3 to 5 days (※ varies depending on the region) from the time the product is shipped until it is delivered.

- Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, it may take up to a week for delivery.

●Notes regarding postage

We do our best to accommodate your request, such as enclosing the parcel in cardboard or writing "Do not bend" on the envelope, but depending on the condition of your mailbox and the delivery person, we may not be able to do so adequately.

[Regarding inquiries about undelivered items]

Shipping will begin sequentially from Friday, September 18th.

If you have not received your order after waiting for more than a week (※usually 2-3 weeks for overseas members), please check the following and contact us.
