Reservations can be made from 6:00 PM one week before each performance date until 11:59 AM the day before each performance.

[Regarding ticket trading listings]
• Only the original purchaser can list tickets for sale. The original purchaser must also list Accompanying Persons tickets.
- You can list tickets for one performance or more.
- You cannot list only the tickets you purchased. If you wish to list tickets you purchased, they must be listed as a set.
If payment is not received from the winning trader by the deadline, the item will be reverted to its listing status.

[Ticket trading precautions]
• There are service fees for both listing and purchasing items.
*A fee will be charged upon completion of the trade.
- After the trade is completed, the seller will receive the amount minus the transaction fee and transfer it to their registered bank account in approximately one week.
*Fees include bank fees. Fees and the date of deposit vary depending on the financial institution.
- Once you list an item for sale, it will remain eligible for the lottery until the results of the ticket lottery are announced. To remove your item from the lottery, you must cancel the listing yourself before the lottery is held.
- You cannot specify your trading partner.
・We cannot guarantee that the trade will be completed.
・Tickets issued under the same name (same customer information) for the same performance are valid for one person and one entry only.
・To enter, both the ticket purchaser and Accompanying Persons must download the "Vaundy OFFICIAL APP" to their smartphone and display their ticket. Please be sure to have your smartphone ready.
*To use this service, you and Accompanying Persons will need to register for Plus member ID (free of charge).
This trade is not eligible for the [preferential lottery treatment] benefit for Trade Premium members.
