[Regarding ticket trading listings]
Only the applicant themselves can list tickets for sale. The applicant must also list Accompanying Persons tickets for sale.
You can list tickets for one performance or more.
If payment is not received from the winning trader by the deadline, the item will be reverted to its listing status.

[Regarding ticket trade purchase applications]
You must be a VAWS premium member or a valid VAWS member from the time of registration until the day of the performance.
*Even if you have a ticket, if you cancel your VAWS premium membership or VAWS membership before the day of the performance...
You will not be admitted. In this case, ticket refunds will not be issued. Please understand this in advance.
Those who agree to register a facial photo in advance and to have their identity verified upon entry.
* If you are not yet a VAWS premium member or have not yet registered as a VAWS member, you can apply for tickets after completing your membership registration.

[Regarding identity verification upon entry]
To prevent resale, this performance will require identity verification using two documents: an electronic ticket with a photo and a form of identification.
For this performance, we require the purchaser and Accompanying Persons to register their facial photographs in advance.
Winners must complete the registration of their facial photo.

The electronic ticket will display the applicant's name and photograph. Upon entry, all attendees will be required to present their electronic ticket and identification documents designated by the organizer for identity verification. If identity verification cannot be completed, entry will be denied regardless of the reason. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry.

You can register your profile picture even before the trade is completed.
Please register as soon as possible, as the review process for your facial photo registration will take some time.
If you have not registered your photo, you will not be admitted, so please be sure to register in advance before coming.

[Ticket trading precautions]
A prescribed service fee applies to both listing and purchasing items.
*A fee will be charged upon completion of the trade.
After the trade is completed, the seller will receive the amount minus fees (including bank transfer fees) via a transfer to their registered bank account within approximately one week.
*Transfer schedules vary depending on the financial institution.
Once you list an item for sale, it will be included in the lottery until the results of the ticket lottery are announced.
To remove your item from the lottery, you must cancel the listing yourself before the lottery takes place.
You cannot specify your trading partner.
We cannot guarantee that the trade will be completed.
Entry to the same performance with a ticket under the same name (same customer information) is limited to one person and one time only.
To enter, both the purchaser and Accompanying Persons must download Vaundy OFFICIAL APP to their smartphone.
You will need to show your ticket. Please have your smartphone ready.
This trade is not eligible for the [priority lottery] benefit for Trade Premium members.
