We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disappointment caused to our overseas members due to insufficient advance notice and system limitations affecting international users.

Currently, due to system restrictions (such as authentication requiring a Japanese mobile phone number) and shipping limitations, members residing overseas are currently unable to fully access the following key membership benefits:

● Participation in ticket pre-sales via lottery and ticket trading (for both domestic and overseas performances)

● Purchase and shipping of member-exclusive online merchandise

We also sincerely apologize that these restrictions were not clearly communicated during the registration process, resulting in expectations that we were unable to meet.

In light of this situation, we would like to inform you of our upcoming improvement initiatives and the measures we are taking for affected members.

■ Initiatives for Future Improvements

To ensure that our overseas members can enjoy our services with peace of mind, we are currently working on the following improvements to our service environment:

● Establishment of a dedicated ticket application window for overseas members

We are preparing a system that will allow overseas members to apply for ticket pre-sales for our hosted performances (including VAWS premium Pre-sales and VAWS Pre-sales).

● Introduction of international shipping via e-commerce proxy services

We are currently making adjustments to make the "Vaundy ONLINE STORE" accessible and available for shipping overseas.

* We will announce the launch dates and further details as soon as the schedule is finalized.  We sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to implement these improvements.

■ Regarding the Shipping Schedule for "Vaundy VAWS premium photo book #02"

We have received many inquiries regarding the shipment of the "Vaundy VAWS premium photo book #02," which is a benefit for "VAWS premium (Annual Membership)" members. Please see the details below:

This membership benefit will be shipped to all eligible members (including those residing overseas) who joined by Saturday, October 31, 2026, and remain active members at the time of shipping.

Shipping is scheduled to begin in late September 2026. We will notify members again once shipping has been completed.

■ Regarding Membership Fee Refunds

In consideration of the current limitations on membership benefits, we will be issuing refunds to our overseas members.

Additionally, for those who wish to withdraw from the fan club and receive a refund due to this situation, we will respect your wishes and process your cancellation promptly.

■ For Those Who Wish to Retain Membership and Receive a Refund

Your membership status will remain active, and you can continue to enjoy the member services.

[Refund Details]

■ VAWS premium Members (Annual Membership)
We will refund one year’s membership fee.

[Refund Amount] Flat rate of 80 USD

* Please note that because the "Vaundy VAWS premium photo book #02" is scheduled to be shipped, the refund will be for the annual membership fee minus the international shipping fee (15 USD).

* Refunds will be issued in US dollars (USD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, there may be a difference between the refunded amount and the amount originally paid at the time of enrollment.

* Refunds are expected to be processed around late September 2026.

■ VAWS Members (Monthly Membership)

We will refund membership fees for up to one year since overseas membership registration became available.
[Refund Amount] Number of months of membership × 6 USD

* Refunds will be available for a maximum of one year from the launch of the registration service for overseas residents (until November 27, 2026).

* Refunds will be issued in US dollars (USD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, there may be a difference between the refunded amount and the amount originally paid at the time of enrollment.

* Refunds are expected to be processed around late December 2026.

■ For Those Who Wish to Cancel Membership and Receive a Refund

Please be aware that once your cancellation request is processed, your "Vaundy ART Work Studio Members" membership will be automatically terminated, and you will no longer have access to any member services.

■ Addendum and Notice Regarding Usage Restrictions for Overseas Members

Starting today, we have added a note to our member registration page  (https://member.vaundy.jp/feature/entry)  stating that members residing overseas cannot use (or will have limited access to) the following services:

1. Restrictions on advance ticket pre-sales and trading

Currently, the ticket pre-sales and ticket trading benefits offered to "Vaundy ART Work Studio Members" may not be available for performances both in Japan and overseas.

2. Restrictions on merchandise purchases and international shipping

Currently, purchasing merchandise from the "Vaundy ONLINE STORE" and shipping internationally are unavailable.

* Regarding items 1 and 2, we are currently preparing the necessary systems for future implementation.

3. Content language restrictions

Member-exclusive content such as MOVIE and TALK will only be provided in Japanese.

4. Exclusion from bonus distribution

Please note that due to operational and logistical reasons, promotional items such as "VAWS Pins" may not be distributed at our hosted concerts held overseas.

We will continue working to improve our services and operations so that our overseas members can enjoy our services with peace of mind.
