Admission Information

• ・Please cooperate by entering early.
  As this will be a dome performance, depending on your seat it may take some time to arrive at your seat after entering, and you may not be able to make it in time for the start of the show. Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time.
  Please note that the auditorium will be very dark during the performance.
• ・Once you enter, you will not be able to re-enter under any circumstances.
• -There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms inside the venue.
  Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought into the venue. Please leave your luggage in a coin locker near the venue before coming.

Please check your ticket before coming

• ・Tickets for this performance and admission will only be issued via electronic tickets (Vaundy OFFICIAL APP or Ticketplus), and each person must have one ticket on their smartphone. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will need to distribute them to your companions.
• ・In order for everyone to enter smoothly and enjoy the performance, we ask for your cooperation in receiving your ticket and checking your seat number before arriving.

• ・The electronic ticket troubleshooting desk will open two hours before the doors open on the day of each performance. After the doors open, it may be crowded and you may be delayed in entering. Please arrive with plenty of time.
• ・Please note that if you do not have your ticket due to loss, theft, or forgetting, you will not be able to enter the venue for any reason.

Attending the venue for the purpose of sound leakage is prohibited.

During the performance, if people without tickets gather around the venue in order to let the sound leak out, this will cause inconvenience to nearby facilities and passersby, and depending on the weather, it could also cause people to become ill.
Furthermore, please refrain from engaging in such behavior as it may lead to unexpected injuries or trouble.
Additionally, even if you have a ticket, please refrain from loitering around the venue before or after the performance as this will cause inconvenience to local residents and other stores. Any behavior that obstructs passage is also strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, meeting up, loitering, and trading activities are also prohibited inside and around the store.

Jumping is prohibited inside the venue

Jumping during the performance is prohibited as it may have an impact on nearby facilities and homes around the dome.

Photography is prohibited during the performance

• - It is strictly prohibited to photograph or record the performing artists using any photographic equipment, recording equipment, mobile phones, smartphones, or portable game consoles during the performance.
  If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to immediately delete all data, have your devices confiscated, and be asked to leave the venue. Legal action may also be taken.
• ・Photography is permitted only during opening hours and after the performance.

After the show

• ・After the performance, there will be a regulated exit from the venue. Please make sure to check your transportation arrangements beforehand.
• ・After the performance, if you leave the venue, please disperse without gathering.
• ・Please note that it may take longer than usual to travel from the venue to the station depending on the level of congestion.
• ・Parking and stopping near the venue is not permitted. Please refrain from picking up or dropping off people off by car.

Other notes

• ・You are welcome to cheer, support, sing, talk, and call out during the performance, but please refrain from speaking at a volume or frequency that may cause discomfort to other customers, and please be mindful of not disrupting the viewing experience.
• ・The use of light sticks, penlights, and other light items, noisemakers, fans, message boards, excessive headgear, etc. is prohibited as it will interfere with the performance and cause a nuisance to other customers. If any of these items are found, staff will call out to you.
• ・There may be bright lights and loud noises during the performance. If you feel unwell, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
• - On the day of the performance, customers may appear on video footage for recording purposes.
  Please note that video and audio footage from the performance may be used.
• ・Depending on your seat, or the position you are standing in during the performance, it may be difficult to see the performers or the stage. We ask for your understanding.
• ・Please refrain from any nuisance to other customers.
• ・Please refrain from wearing headgear or anything that may obstruct the view of customers behind you.
• ・Please refrain from holding any independent events within the venue as this may interfere with the performance and cause inconvenience to other customers.
  For independent events outside the venue, we ask that you exercise due consideration for those around you and observe strict etiquette so as not to cause inconvenience to other customers, the general public, or facilities in the vicinity.
• - Please refrain from occupying a space with a large group of people or speaking loudly.
• ・Please refrain from drinking large amounts of alcohol or coming to the venue in an intoxicated state as this may cause inconvenience to other customers.
• ・We will not accept any flowers, gifts, letters, etc.
• - Please follow the instructions of the staff.
• ・Minors must have parental consent to attend.
• ・Re-entry is not permitted after entry.
• ・To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that tickets purchased on resale sites will not be accepted into the venue on the day of the event.
• ・Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please smoke in the designated areas.
• ・The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take care to manage your valuables.
• ・The organizer will not be held responsible for any troubles that occur between customers.
• ・If you are a wheelchair user or have a physical disability and would like to attend the performance, please contact the relevant performance contact point in advance after paying for your ticket.
• ・Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. Illegal parking and on-street parking are strictly prohibited.

The above precautions may be changed depending on the situation.
If you are asked to leave or are denied entry due to the reasons stated above, we will not be able to refund the ticket price, various fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.
