▼If you use carrier payment

If you have outstanding payments to your carrier, or if you change your phone model or contract name due to a change in your mobile phone carrier,your payment information will not be carried over and you will be automatically unsubscribed at the end of the month in which the change occurred.

▼If you use credit card payment

If the card company determines that you are unable to make payments due to reasons such as your credit card expiring or exceeding your credit limit, your membership will be automatically terminated at the end of that month.

*For information about your credit card usage, please contact your card company.


Even if your membership is automatically canceled, if you re-register (i.e. complete payment) using the same Plus member ID (email address) within 30 days of canceling your payment,you will be able to continue using the site with your membership status as of the day you registered, etc.
