Ticket application conditions

• ・You must be a valid VAWS premium member from the time of reception until the day of the performance.
  *Even if you have a ticket, if you are not a valid VAWS premium member by the day of the performance, you will not be able to enter. In this case, there will be no refunds for the ticket price. Please note.
• ・Those who agree to register their face photo in advance and undergo identity verification upon entry

Regarding identity verification at the time of entry
*Please be sure to check (Added on Monday, July 14th)

To prevent resale of tickets for this performance, tickets must be collected via the "Vaundy OFFICIAL APP", and identity verification will be conducted using two documents: an electronic ticket with a photo and a form of identification.

Pre-registration deadline [within one month after payment]

If you register after the final registration date, your photo may not be reviewed by the performance date.
To ensure smooth entry on the day of the performance, we recommend that you register early, rather than waiting until the above date.

• *Face photo registration is required.
• *Please note that it may take some time for the photo review to be completed.
• *If you do not have a photo registered, you will not be allowed to enter, so please be sure to register in advance before coming.

6. Any type of welfare certificate issued by a government agency with a photograph affixed (such as a disability certificate)
7. Student ID with photo (only valid if the performance date falls within the period of enrollment; those with handwritten parts are invalid)
*Please bring one of the following electronic student ID cards with your photo: a-f.

a. Health insurance card
b.Residence card
c. Family register
d. Family register extract
e. Seal registration certificate
f. Pension book

For all of the above, copies, photographs, expired documents, electronic certificates, and handwritten documents (including those that are partially handwritten) will not be considered as identification documents. Please be sure to bring the original documents.
In addition, customers who do not have the above will be denied entry.

Ticket reception precautions
*Please be sure to check (Added on Friday, August 1st)

• ・All ticket applications are only available to VAWS premium members.
• ・You can apply for up to one ticket per application, for yourself only.
• ・If you and other ticket holders wish to enter consecutively, there will be Accompanying Persons registration period after the ticket payment has been made. For details, please check "TICKET" on the special website and Accompanying Persons registration reception page.
• ・All admission tickets for this tour will be handled as electronic tickets (for smartphones (iPhone/Android)). Please check the application screen for details.
• ・Visitors will need a smartphone phone number that begins with "090, 080, or 070" and is capable of calling and SMS authentication. If you have registered as a VAWS premium member with an invalid number, please update your membership information.
• ・You can only receive your electronic ticket on the smartphone device with the phone number you registered with Ticket PIA when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number you registered when you applied.) You will not be able to receive your ticket on a smartphone device with a different phone number, so please do not change your phone number or cancel your smartphone until the day of the performance.
• ・If there are any errors in your application details, you will not be able to receive your e-ticket. Please check the details carefully.
• ・Each member can apply for up to three choices per application. If you apply multiple times, only the last application will be valid. If there is anything you would like to change, please apply for the relevant performance again from the beginning.
• ・ Ticket Issuance will be issued one week before each performance. Ticket numbers and venue names will be displayed three days before each performance.
• ・Tickets are required for children aged 6 and older. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted to enter.
• ・For all performances, only electronic tickets will be sold, which require photo registration.
• ・If a child is unable to apply by themselves and registers under their parent's name, the child or a person under a different name will not be allowed to enter even if they are selected. Please make sure to apply under the name and information of the child who will be attending.
  *As mentioned above, admission will not be permitted for transfers between family members.
• ・No changes or cancellations will be accepted after Application period has ended.
• ・We will accept resales at a later date for those who have purchased tickets but are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances.
• ・Upgrades are not available for this tour.

Important Notices on the Day of the Performance
*Please be sure to check (Added on 8/12 (Tue))

• ・The name and photo of the applicant will be displayed on the electronic ticket, and all attendees will be required to present their electronic ticket and identification documents designated by the organizer when entering each venue. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason. No refunds will be given if you are unable to enter.
• ・Photography and recording using photography equipment, audio recording equipment, mobile phones, smartphones, or portable game consoles is prohibited during the performance. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.
• ・This performance will be an all-standing performance. Please read the following precautions.
• *There may be strong pressure at the front of the stage.
• *We recommend that you bring minimal luggage with you when you come to the venue.
• ※ Please avoid heels or sandals and wear comfortable shoes, such as sneakers, that you are used to wearing.
• ※ As attendees will have to stand for an extended period, please consider your physical condition before attending.
• *If you feel unwell during OPEN or the performance, please speak to a live staff member nearby.
• ※ Please refrain from attending if you are heavily intoxicated.
• ※ Since you will be close to other guests, please be considerate regarding strong scents such as perfume or hair products.
• *There will be no blocks within the live area.
• *Please refrain from placing any belongings on the floor within the live area.
• *On the day of the performance, there will be cameras taking videos and photographs. Please note that you may appear in photos and videos.
• *Please refrain from causing trouble to other facilities and local residents, such as sitting in vigils around the venue.
• *Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter.
• *Please refrain from waiting for the performers to enter or leave as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
• *Re-entry is not permitted.
• *Please cooperate with the live staff in providing guidance.
• *If you are coming in a wheelchair or have a physical disability, please contact the contact information for each performance after winning a ticket/paying the payment.


• ・Bringing the following items into the live area is prohibited.
  - Dangerous items (knives, sharp objects, etc.)
  Large luggage (carry-on bags, etc.)
  〇Umbrella
  〇Bottles and cans
  〇Items that may obstruct the view of other customers
  〇Items that may cause inconvenience to other customers


• The following actions are prohibited:
  *Dangerous acts such as moshing, diving, and circles
  * Nuisance to other customers
  〇Taking over space
  *Photography, recording, and filming within the live area.
  - Using light items that interfere with the performance

If you are injured due to dangerous behavior such as those mentioned above or due to your own negligence, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries. Furthermore, if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the venue.

Admission Information (Added on Tuesday, August 12th)

• This performance is an all-standing performance.

(The alphabet and serial number are displayed on the electronic ticket.)

• *A separate drink fee will be charged.
• *An electronic ticket is required for admission.

Regarding coin lockers (added on 8/12 (Tue))

There are coin lockers at the venue, but the number is limited, so we recommend that you leave your belongings in a nearby coin locker.

<How to apply>
Click on "Register Accompanying Persons here" below and log in to the application page using the "reception number (payment slip number (13 digits) or the number to use when making inquiries (9 digits))" given to the purchaser and the "phone number registered when applying."
Once you log in, your ticket information will be displayed. Please check that it is correct and enter the "payment slip number (13 digits) or ticket exchange number (9 digits)" and "phone number registered at the time of Accompanying Persons" of the person you would like to register as your companion.

*You can check your "Payment slip number (13 digits) or ticket exchange number (9 digits)" in the "Application status inquiry," "Winning email," and "Accompanying Persons registration reception information email" from Pia.

* Accompanying Persons registration is only available to customers who have tickets for the same performance.
・Registration Accompanying Persons is required from both passengers who wish to have consecutive numbers. Please note that registration from only one passenger will not be accepted.
・Up to one Accompanying Persons can be registered.
・Due to issues such as being unable to verify your identity upon entry, you may not be able to enter in the order of your ticket number with those who wish to have consecutive seats, so please be sure to bring the identification documents specified by the organizer.
・If two people who have different Pre-sale register as Accompanying Persons, both of the pair will be assigned serial numbers as "later Pre-sale" purchasers.
Example 1) When Accompanying Persons is created between a purchaser of the "VAWS premium member Pre-sale" and a purchaser of the "VAWS premium member second Pre-sale"
→As a purchaser of the "VAWS premium Member Second Pre-sale", you will be assigned a serial number.
Example 2) When Accompanying Persons is created between a purchaser of the "VAWS premium member Pre-sale" and a purchaser of the "VAWS premium member 3rd Pre-sale"
→As a purchaser of the "VAWS premium Member 3rd Pre-sale" you will be assigned a serial number.
・We will not accept additional registrations for Accompanying Persons, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or forget to register.
