 Notes Regarding Ticket Applications

• ・This performance will be standing room only.
• ・Tickets are required for children aged 6 and older. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted to enter.
• ・You may apply for up to 4 tickets per performance per application.
• *You may only apply for one performance per application. If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately. If you apply for the same performance multiple times, only the last application will be valid.
• *If you wish to change your application details, please start the application process for the relevant performance all over again.
• *If the information you enter when applying for tickets does not match your registration information on [VAWS MEMBERS], we may not be able to verify your identity and you may be excluded from the lottery (disqualified). Before applying, please be sure to carefully check your registration information on your [VAWS MEMBERS] My Page, including your 'Name (Kanji and Furigana)', 'Phone Number', 'Date of Birth', and 'Plus member ID'.
• *Cancellations after application and changes to the application details after registration have been completed are not permitted.
• The information marked with an asterisk (*) above applies only to VAWS premium member Pre-sale and VAWS member Pre-sale. For information regarding official Pre-sale and subsequent pre-sales, please check with each individual ticket agency.
• ・Admission tickets for this performance will be issued in the form of electronic tickets (smartphone (iPhone/Android) devices). Please check the application screen for details. Please prepare a smartphone with an SMS contract capable of internet connection for your electronic ticket.
• ・Electronic tickets can only be received on the smartphone with the phone number entered on the Ticket Pia application page. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number entered at the time of application.) Tickets cannot be received on smartphones with other phone numbers, so please do not change your phone number or cancel your smartphone contract before the performance date.
• ・If there are any missing details in your application, you may not be able to receive your electronic ticket.
• ・The applicant's ticket cannot be transferred to another person or have the name changed. The applicant must attend in person. Accompanying persons' tickets can be freely distributed to others.
• ・Electronic tickets are scheduled to be displayed one week before each performance at 6:00 p.m., and reference numbers are scheduled to be displayed three days before each performance at 6:00 p.m.
• ・No upgrades will be available.
• ・We plan to implement an official trade facility for VAWS MEMBERS. Details will be announced later.

Notes for the Day of the Performance

• ・This performance will be standing room only.
  Please check the notes below.
• ※ Admission will be in order of reference numbers.
• ※ There may be significant pressure in the area directly in front of the stage.
• ※ We recommend attending with minimal belongings.
• ※ Please avoid heels or sandals and wear comfortable shoes, such as sneakers, that you are used to wearing.
• ※ As attendees will have to stand for an extended period, please consider your physical condition before attending.
• ※ If you feel unwell before or during the performance, please notify a nearby staff member.
• ※ Please refrain from attending if you are heavily intoxicated.
• ※ Bringing alcohol into the venue is prohibited.
• ※ Since you will be close to other guests, please be considerate regarding strong scents such as perfume or hair products.
• ※ Please refrain from placing luggage on the floor within the live area.
• ※ Please note that attendees may appear in video recordings.
• ※ Please refrain from acts that may disturb other facilities and nearby residents, such as sitting on the ground around the venue.
• ※ Please strictly refrain from waiting for the performers to enter or leave, as this causes trouble for residents in the neighborhood.
• ※ Please follow the instructions of the staff.


• Bringing the following items into the live area is prohibited.
• ※ Dangerous items (knives, sharp objects, etc.)
• ※ Large luggage (carry-on bags, etc.)
• ※ Umbrellas
• ※ Bottles and cans
• ※ Items that may obstruct the view of other attendees (paper fans, headwear etc.)
• ※ Items that may disturb other attendees


• The following acts are prohibited.
• ※ Dangerous acts such as moshing, diving, and circle pits
• ※ Acts that disturb other attendees
• ※ Saving spots
• ※ Photography and recording using smartphones, mobile phones, portable game consoles, or equipment within the live area.


• The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by dangerous acts such as those mentioned above or acts for which the attendees are responsible. Furthermore, if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the venue.
• ・You must have one ticket per smartphone. Please ensure that you have distributed your tickets before arriving.
• ・Please note that if you do not have your ticket due to loss or theft, or if you have forgotten your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter no matter the circumstances.
• ・Please note that to prevent scalping and ticket reselling, those with tickets purchased on resale sites, etc. will be denied admission.
• ・Minors must obtain parental consent before attending.
• ・Re-entry is not permitted after admission.
• ・If you are attending in a wheelchair or have a physical disability and wish to attend a performance, please contact the inquiry desk for the relevant performance after purchasing your ticket.


• We cannot provide refunds for ticket prices, various administrative fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc., in the event that you are asked to leave or are denied admission in relation to the above items.
