Ticket reception precautions
  • ・Tickets are required for children aged 6 and older. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted to enter.
  • ・You may apply for up to 4 tickets per performance per application.
  • *You may only apply for one performance per application. If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately. If you apply for the same performance multiple times, only the last application will be valid.
  • *If you wish to change your application details, please start the application process for the relevant performance all over again.
  • *If the information you enter when applying for tickets does not match your registered information on [VAWS MEMBERS], we may not be able to verify your identity and you may be excluded from the lottery (disqualified). Before applying, please be sure to carefully check your registered information on your [VAWS MEMBERS] My Page, including your 'Name (Kanji and Furigana)', 'Phone Number', 'Date of Birth', and 'Plus member ID'.
  • *Cancellations after application and changes to the application details after registration have been completed are not permitted.
  • The information marked with an asterisk (*) above applies only to VAWS premium member Pre-sale and VAWS member Pre-sale. For information regarding official Pre-sale and subsequent pre-sales, please check with each individual ticket agency.
  • ・Tickets for this performance will be issued electronically (for smartphones (iPhone/Android)). Please check the application page for details. To purchase an electronic ticket, please prepare a smartphone with an internet connection and SMS contract.
  • ・Electronic tickets can only be received on the smartphone with the phone number entered on the Ticket Pia application page. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number entered at the time of application.) Tickets cannot be received on smartphones with other phone numbers, so please do not change your phone number or cancel your smartphone contract before the performance date.
  • ・If there are any missing details in your application, you may not be able to receive your electronic ticket.
  • ・The applicant's ticket cannot be transferred to another person or have the name changed. The applicant must attend in person. Accompanying persons' tickets can be freely distributed to others.
  • ・Electronic tickets will be displayed one week before each performance at 6:00 PM, and seat information will be displayed three days before each performance at 6:00 PM.
  • ・We plan to accept upgrades and official trades for VAWS MEMBERS. Details will be announced at a later date.

Important Notices on the Day of the Performance
  • ・You must have one ticket per smartphone. Please ensure that you have distributed your tickets before arriving.
  • ・Please note that if you do not have your ticket due to loss or theft, or if you have forgotten your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter no matter the circumstances.
  • ・Photography and recording using smartphones, mobile phones, portable game consoles, equipment, etc. is prohibited during the performance. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the venue. Any photographed or recorded data will be deleted on the spot.
  • ・Please note that you may appear in the footage due to recording.
  • ・Depending on your seat, it may be difficult to see some of the performances or the position of the performers.
  • ・Please refrain from any nuisance to other customers.
  • ・Please refrain from wearing headgear or anything that may obstruct the view of customers behind you.
  • ・Please refrain from using any shiny objects that may interfere with the performance or obstruct the view (such as fans).
  • ・Please refrain from drinking excessively or coming to the venue in an intoxicated state.
  • - Please refrain from causing trouble to other facilities and local residents, such as by sitting in protests around the venue.
  • ・Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
  • - Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • ・Minors must obtain parental consent before attending.
  • ・Re-entry is not permitted after admission.
  • ・Please note that to prevent scalping and ticket reselling, those with tickets purchased on resale sites, etc. will be denied admission.
  • ・If you are a wheelchair user or have a physical disability and would like to attend the performance, please contact the relevant performance contact point after paying for your ticket.

If you are unable to leave or enter the venue due to the above reasons, we will not be able to refund the ticket price, various fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.
