On the day of the performance, we will verify the identity of all attendees.

Please bring and present the following two items. Customers who do not bring these items will not be allowed to enter.

・Electronic ticket on the day of the performance
・[Photo ID] specified for the performance

Please note that anything other than the following will not be accepted.
*Only originals are valid (copies and expired documents are not accepted).

Please prepare one of items 1 to 7. If you do not have one, please obtain it as soon as possible.
Any identification documents other than those listed below will be invalid.

1. My Number card with photo (notification card is not accepted)
2. Passport
3. Driver's license (driving history certificate)
4. Basic Resident Registration Card with photo
5. Special permanent resident certificate or residence card
6. Disability certificate
7. Credit card with photo

*The purpose of requiring you to present identification documents is to facilitate identity verification and prevent fraud.

• This performance requires a ticket for ages 6 and over. (Children under 5 are not permitted to enter.)
• Tickets can only be collected using the mobile number of the device you applied for.
• Wearing a mask will be mandatory.
• On the day, customers may appear in the footage for filming purposes.
• Re-entry is not permitted after entry.
• Taking photographs or recording with any camera, recording device, mobile phone, smartphone, or portable game console during the performance is prohibited. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the venue.
• Transfer/resale and illegal trading are prohibited. Winners must attend the event.
• Anyone other than the winners who attend on the day will not be allowed to enter.
• We are not responsible for any troubles, fraud, or other accidents related to winning or transferring participation rights.
• We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the lottery or serial numbers.
• Travel and accommodation costs to the venue will be borne by each participant.
